Jae Franklin

Jae Franklin is an internationally acclaimed singer, songwriter, and music producer based in the United States. Since her official debut with the 2016 album Cheers to Life, she has performed in over 30 countries and released multiple EPs, producing her own music and contributing to numerous collaborations. Franklin’s work blends contemporary R&B with 70s soul influences, highlighted by her soprano vocals and melodic orchestration. She is also the founder of Voroso Entertainment, through which she develops and produces new projects, including her 2019 passion project 12×19, a series of monthly R&B-tinged releases.
At Sound Collective, Jae brings extensive experience in songwriting, vocal performance, and music production to teach students the craft of creating authentic, release-ready music. She emphasizes expressive storytelling through voice and composition, combining technical training with creative exploration. Students in her courses develop skills to write, arrange, and produce music with confidence, leaving with a strong foundation in both vocal technique and production artistry.
