Their projects have been featured in DJ Mag, Mixmag, and Resident Advisor, and they have performed at Sónar, Femnoise Fest, and Refraction Festival. Over the past several years they have collaborated with MIT Media Lab, NYU’s Clive Davis Institute, Betaworks NYC, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, Soundial, 343 Labs, Sound Collective, and the Savannah College of Art and Design. A self-taught music technologist, Ana has developed and led workshops on generative arts, MIDI, algorithmic harmony, and the creative possibilities unlocked by emerging digital tools. Their recent Artist in Residence work at Refraction Festival featured immersive live coding and real-time generative visuals built in Max for Live and TouchDesigner.
At Sound Collective, Ana teaches through a blend of creative coding, music technology fundamentals, and forward-thinking electronic production techniques. They focus on helping students understand how generative systems, digital tools, and intentional creative workflows can expand musical expression while staying grounded in solid production skills. Students working with Ana learn practical methods for building unique sound worlds, integrating technology into their artistic process, and approaching modern creativity with both curiosity and technical confidence.
