What is the Sound Collective Open Jam?

The Sound Collective Open Jam is a monthly, open-to-the-public jam session.
Held on the first Wednesday of every month, this in-person jam welcomes musicians of all skill levels into a structured but relaxed environment where everyone gets a chance to play.
A rotating Band Leader hosts each session, guiding the music, managing player rotations, and keeping the energy moving throughout the night.

Focused on community, collaboration, and groove.
This is not a showcase and not a lesson. The goal is to create a space that feels welcoming, organized, and musically intentional, where beginners feel safe participating and experienced players feel inspired.
Whether you play for eight minutes or an entire round, the goal is the same: leave feeling energized, connected, and excited to come back.
